Kasvonaamio levitetään iholle puhdistuksen jälkeen, annetaan vaikuttaa ja tuotetyypistä riippuen joko pestään pois tai levitetään iholle vaikutusajan jälkeen. Savinaamioiden kuivattavuutta voi vähentää levittämällä alle ensin kosteuttavan kasvoveden. Tee uusille tuotteille aina testi pienelle ihoalueelle, varmistaaksesi sen soveltuvuus ihollesi, varsinkin mikäli ihosi on herkkä.
