By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from Yeppo & Soonsoon, you agree to use our “Service” and comply with the following terms (“Terms of Service”, “General Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referred to herein and/or available via a link. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website, including visitors, customers, and/or content contributors.

By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept all the terms of this agreement, you may not use the website or our services.

All new features or tools added to the website are also subject to these terms of use. You can review the latest version of the terms of use at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions by publishing updates and/or changes on our website. Conclusion of contracts and delivery of products 

Contracts concerning orders placed through the website are concluded in English, Finnish, German, or Swedish.

When you click the “Pay now” button at the end of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after your order has been registered. A binding agreement is formed either when we send you the order confirmation by email or when the order is dispatched, whichever occurs first. Please note that the products will be sent, once we have received full payment for the price of the products you ordered and the delivery costs.

Our right to cancel an order: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill all or part of an order, we have the right to do so if, for example, a product is out of stock, you have requested delivery to a destination country to which we do not currently deliver, the order has not been paid in full, there are issues with the billing information you provided, or there has been a significant error in the product pricing. We will notify you by email and will not charge you for the product(s).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders you place with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities ordered per person, household, or order. We may cancel your order if we suspect a high risk of fraud or that our products are being purchased for resale or other commercial purposes.

From time to time, our site or the Service may contain information with typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product delivery charges, shipping times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service or any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after the order has been submitted.

Products and services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively through the website. These products or services may be available in limited quantities.

We do our best to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer screen is accurate or corresponds to the actual color or shade of the product.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions and prices may be changed at any time without separate notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale or manufacture of any product at any time.

The availability of products in pickup orders is confirmed in the store. In-store product availability can change quickly, so you will receive confirmation of the products in your order when you receive notification that your order is ready for pickup. We will automatically refund the value of products that are unavailable.

Prices and delivery charges 

The purchase price of the product is determined by the price shown at checkout in the online store at the time the order is placed. The stated prices include value-added tax in accordance with Finnish law. We retain ownership of the products until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The prices of our products may change without separate notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without separate notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes to our products or services, price changes, interruptions, or discontinuation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious and material pricing error. This means a pricing error on the website where the price of the product differs so significantly and clearly from the usual price level that an average consumer would be considered to have understood that it was an error. An example of a significant pricing error is for example, as the product's stated selling price of 0 euros. If the pricing error is clearly substantial, the price is not binding on the company and no agreement is formed between the buyer and the company.

Please note that if you access the online store, for example through a search engine using a web address outside Finland, the taxes may not update correctly in the product prices displayed on the site. You will always see the final product price at checkout after entering your billing and shipping addresses. Prices may still be updated after you provide this information.

Your order's shipping costs will be stated in the online store when you place your order. You will always see the final shipping cost at checkout.

We aim to dispatch the products 1-10 business days within the time limit after receiving the order. The order date is not included in the estimated dispatch time. If we have not dispatched the product within 10 days or within a reasonable period thereafter, send us a message at info@yeppo.fi. After the collection period depending on the carrier the delivery time to a pickup point or recipient is, on average, 1-8 business days from dispatch.

You will be notified by text message and/or email when the package is ready for pickup. For home deliveries, if the package details include a phone number or email address, the carrier may send the recipient a notification offering the option to choose the delivery time that suits them best. We are not responsible for the loss of shipments delivered to the recipient without a signature.

Store pickup orders are normally collected within 1–4 business days; during promotional periods, the collection time may be longer. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup. We store pickup orders for 14 days, after which the customer is deemed to have canceled the agreement.

Payment 

We routinely accept the payment methods available for selection in the shopping cart: PayPal, Klarna, payment card, GooglePay, Mobilepay and Shopify your payment methods. You will see all payment methods itemized at checkout. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods and, correspondingly, to accept payments only from certain countries and/or to ask you to use another payment method. If you pay by card, we reserve the right to place a preauthorization at the time of ordering to secure the payment. You are responsible for any costs arising from payment transactions. If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged immediately.

You undertake to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate name, address, contact and payment details for all orders placed on our website. You undertake to check and update your customer account and other information, including your email address and payment card numbers and expiry dates, without delay so that we can process your transactions without problems and contact you when necessary.

When paying with the payment methods offered by the credit provider, which we offer Paytrail and Klarna companies through which you enter into an agreement with that payment provider for repayment of the credit. Please carefully review the credit terms on the companies’ own websites.

Payment service provider: Paytrail

The payment processing service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is authorised to operate as a payment institution. In the event of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Information about payments

If you do not pay for your order on time, Paytrail reserves the right to charge a fixed late-payment fee of five euros for each payment reminder, in addition to the penalty interest pursuant to the Interest Act. You have the opportunity to demonstrate that the actual loss was significantly lower than this fixed fee or that no loss was incurred at all.  

By accepting these terms, you consent to Paytrail sending you invoices and other receipts exclusively in electronic form by email. Please also check your spam folder. 

Discounts, discount codes, benefit vouchers and their use 

Discounts, discount codes and benefit vouchers may be distributed in connection with marketing campaigns; hereinafter, “Discounts” and “Benefit”. Discount codes and benefit vouchers cannot be purchased. Benefit vouchers and discount codes are valid only for a predetermined, limited period.

The benefit or discount must be used during its validity period. Discounts cannot be used for gift cards. Please note that using the benefit may require the order to meet a certain minimum value. Unused discounts and benefits will not be refunded afterwards.

The price of the products ordered must be at least equal to the value of the benefit. If the discount does not cover the price of the products, the difference between the order value and the discount value can be paid using one of our accepted payment methods. Discounts and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, and no interest accrues on the value of the benefit. The value of the discount will not be refunded even if some or all of the products ordered are returned.

A discount or benefit can only be redeemed when placing an order, before the order is dispatched. Discounts cannot be used or applied after the order has been placed. Discounts cannot be transferred to another person. Discounts and benefits cannot be combined with one another, and do not apply to products or services that are already discounted unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you have used a discount when placing your order and cancel your order or return part of it so that the total value of the order after the cancellation or return is lower than the value of the benefit you used, we reserve the right to charge the original price for the products you keep.

Campaign discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return a product received free of charge after the campaign period, no refund will be issued. Paid products will be refunded at the price applicable during the campaign period. If you return the entire order, any free gifts must also be returned. Free gifts must also be returned if, after the return, the conditions entitling you to the free gift, such as the minimum purchase amount, are no longer met. The price corresponding to the resale value of any unreturned free gifts will be deducted from the refund amount.

Validity period of benefits and discounts in the online store is determined according to Finland's time zone (Eastern European Standard Time (GMT+2)).

The campaign terms also apply to campaigns. By placing an order, you also accept the campaign terms.

Gift cards and how to use them 

You can purchase gift cards of different values from our website. If a gift card does not cover the full price of the products ordered, the difference between the order total and the gift card value can be paid using any of our accepted payment methods. A gift card purchased from the online store can be used to pay both online and in our stores.

A gift card can only be redeemed and its value used when placing an order, before the order is dispatched. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no interest accrues on its value. Gift cards are non-refundable.

The value of gift cards does not count toward the minimum order value required for free delivery from the online store. Discounts and benefits cannot be used to purchase gift cards. 

Statutory right of cancellation 

When ordering Services Yeppo&Soonsoo from the website, you have the right to cancel the contract or exercise your right of return within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the last product included in the order.

When exercising your right of cancellation, the same terms and costs apply as for returns.

Not collecting your order does not constitute cancellation of the order.

You can cancel:

• by email by contacting info@yeppo.fi,
• using the cancellation button, which you can find by logging in to your account, selecting the desired order, and clicking "Manage", or
• by completing the returns form at the bottom of the Delivery and Returns page.

You must always use one of the methods mentioned above if you wish to exercise your right of cancellation or return a product.

Always contact info@yeppo.fiif you receive a defective product or notice a defect in the product.

If you cancel the contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the products you cancelled or returned.

Refunds 

Refunds for account payments and advance payments made by bank transfer will be paid to the account you used for payment. Please note that you may need to provide us with your account details separately in order to receive the refund. If you used PayPal or a credit card for payment, the refund will be paid PayPal- or to your credit card account. If you used Klarna payment options, the refund will be credited Klarna -payment method. If you used a payment method provided by a credit provider, the refundable amount will be credited using the same payment method. If you paid for your purchase with a gift card, we will credit the refundable amount to your gift card or, if necessary, send you a new gift card with a value corresponding to the refundable amount.

Accuracy of the information

We are not responsible if the information available on this site is not accurate, complete or up to date. The material on this site is intended for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for decision-making without consulting primary, more accurate, complete or timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Statutory liability for defects and other information 

Our liability for defects is determined in accordance with applicable law. If you notice a defect in the product, please contact our customer service at info@yeppo.fi, even if the product’s return period has already expired. We are responsible for all defects that were present in the product when you received it, even if the defect is only discovered later. However, you must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time after discovering it, and no later than 2 months after receiving the product. Our liability does not cover defects caused by improper use, treatment or handling of the product, or by normal wear and tear.

Please note that the actual ingredients of the product may differ from those stated in the product description. This may be because the product has recently been reformulated or because the product’s ingredients are listed in accordance with Korean/EU legislation, which often differ from each other. If you are allergic to any ingredient, please contact us before purchasing the product. A difference in a single ingredient does not entitle you to a free return. 

Any allergic reaction or sensitization potentially caused by using the product is not covered by liability for defects. All Yeppo&Soonsoon The products sold by us are CPNP-approved, meaning that they meet the requirements of EU cosmetics legislation. Although the safety of the products has been verified, this does not rule out the possibility that an individual consumer may be allergic to an ingredient, for example. If you notice that a product causes allergic symptoms, redness or other symptoms, stop using it immediately. The possible cause of an allergy must always be investigated by the consumer, at their own expense, through allergy tests prescribed by a dermatologist. We always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before starting to use a new product.

User-generated content

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit or remove content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any party or the terms of our website.

You agree that the product reviews, comments or other content you submit do not infringe the rights of any party, including third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, identity or other personal or proprietary rights. For this reason, we can only publish and receive reviews from consumers who have verifiably ordered the product being reviewed from our online store. The third-party review hosting service we use to collect reviews may request reviews by email based on your purchase history after you have purchased a product from the website, or collect reviews from consumers who visit the site and leave a review through the product page. Both options are available only to verified product buyers.
