EQQUALBERRY Vitamin Illuminating Serum is a serum that effectively brightens the skin, specially designed for treating pigmentation changes. The serum contains vitamin C-rich acerola extract (40%), glutathione, arbutin, and niacinamide. The acerola fruit contains eight times more vitamin C than lemon, but despite its high vitamin C content, it is also suitable for sensitive skin. 

The serum offers three-phase treatment for pigmentation changes: beta-arbutin (2%) prevents the formation of new pigmentation changes, niacinamide (4%) inhibits the transformation of melanin already activated in the skin into pigment spots, and acerola extract (40%), glutathione, and ferulic acid help lighten already formed hyperpigmentation, such as acne scars.

The serum also contains ceramide capsules that absorb effectively into the skin, strengthen the skin's protective barrier, and prevent moisture loss. Eight different hyaluronic acids together with panthenol and shea butter moisturize the skin, 13 different peptides prevent fine lines and wrinkles, and niacinamide balances the skin and makes enlarged pores appear smaller. The skin becomes brighter, more even-toned, and beautifully radiant!

• Serum is applied after toner, essence, and ampoule, before moisturizer. Pat the product onto the face with your hands. Always test new products on a small area of skin to ensure suitability for your skin, especially if your skin is sensitive. Apply a small amount, for example on the neck, and wait 24-48 hours to detect any possible skin reactions.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Vitamin C is a well-researched ingredient and is suitable for everyone as part of their skin care routine. It prevents the appearance of the first signs of skin aging, fades lines, dark spots, pigment changes and acne scars. In addition, its antioxidant properties protect the skin against both external (e.g. air pollution) and internal (e.g. caused by the normal processes of digestion) free radicals. Vitamin C also prevents damage caused by the sun in the skin and enhances the effect of the protection factor of the sunscreen.
