Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with water. Take an appropriate amount of shampoo and lather into the hair and scalp while massaging. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling, or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes.
