The texture of the lip liner is soft and easy to spread, leaving behind a natural, almost powder-like and completely matte finish - the very soft waxy texture melts into the skin quickly and effortlessly, settling on the skin after one minute. The lip liner feels lightweight on the skin and doesn't dry out the skin or highlight lip lines during the day.
