Terms

If you do not pay your order on time, we reserve the right to charge a fixed late fee of five euros for each payment reminder (in addition to the interest on arrears according to the Interest Act). You have the opportunity to prove that the actual damage has been significantly less than this fixed fee or that no damage has occurred at all.

By accepting these terms, you agree that we will send you invoices and other receipts exclusively in electronic form to your email (remember to check your spam folder!).

We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods and, correspondingly, to accept payments only from certain countries and/or to require the use of another payment method. If you pay by card, we reserve the right to make an authorization hold at the time of order to secure the payment. The payment will be charged from your account only when the products are shipped from our warehouse.

Payment Service Provider (MobilePay)

The payment intermediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please primarily contact the product supplier.
