Store pickup is free of charge. Pickup orders are normally ready within 1 business day from the order, with longer processing times on weekends and during campaign periods. Free gifts may differ from those mentioned in pickup orders.

Free 0 € PostNord and Matkahuolto pickup point delivery in Finland for all orders over 45 euros. The minimum order value applies after any discounts. Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days depending on the carrier and chosen delivery method. 

We usually ship orders on the same or next business day. Please note that large sales may cause slight delays in delivery. The normal product picking time at our warehouse is 1-5 business days, during sales periods 1-10 business days.

When the information package is available for pickup via text message and/or email. For home deliveries, if the package information includes a phone number or email address, the delivery company may send the recipient a notification with the option to choose the most convenient delivery time. Other delivery companies, however, deliver orders without a separate advance notice. If you are not reachable during the delivery, the delivery company will inform you how to proceed to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for the loss of deliveries made to the recipient without a receipt.
