Whamisa was founded by South Korea's leading producer of "pure cosmetics" and all of its products are produced and developed in the brand's own organically certified factory in South Korea. Countless innovations have been created there in recent decades, such as organic fermentation and the use of raw ingredients in compositions.

Whamisa's products use a unique fermentation method that increases the concentration of the ingredients and helps them to be better absorbed by the skin. In addition, only natural preservatives are used in the products. The products use fermented black beans, oats, sesame seeds, rice, barley, lotus, dandelions, kiwis, raspberries and much more.
