Seoul 1988 Eye Cream: Retinal Liposome 4% + Fermented Bean is an effective eye cream that lifts, reduces puffiness, and smooths wrinkles and fine lines. Its 4% retinal content is 11 times more effective than regular retinol. The retinal is encapsulated in liposomes, allowing it to penetrate deeper skin layers while minimizing irritation.

The cream is enriched with fermented soybean extract, which soothes and nourishes the skin, as well as bakuchiol, vitamins C and E, and three peptides that support collagen production, brighten the skin, and reduce signs of aging. Additionally, it includes a blend of five plant extracts as well as fermented ginseng root, which provides strong antioxidant protection.

Its lightweight gel-like texture absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy surface, leaving the eye area soft and radiant.

Suitable for all skin types, especially aging skin.
