Vitamin Hyaluronic Acid Vitalizing Toner is an effectively moisturizing and brightening facial toner that contains a wealth of vitamins as well as hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. The toner’s thicker consistency instantly adds moisture to the skin and also helps serum and cream to absorb better.

The hyaluronic acid contained in the toner binds moisture to the skin and keeps the skin more hydrated for a longer time.

Niacinamide brightens the skin and soothes skin oiliness.
